Who we are
Fantastix Ltd is a company registered in Guernsey, number 78784, with its registered office at 11 New Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2PF. We are the data controller for anything you send us through this website. You can reach us at hello@fantastix.gg.
What this site collects
This site does not use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind. The only personal information it collects is what you type into the contact form or send us by email: your name, organisation, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and to talk about ticketing for your club, venue or event. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by a transactional email service and sent from and to hello@fantastix.gg. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we are talking to you about them and for up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case your details are kept under the agreement between us.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017 and, where it applies, the UK GDPR, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@fantastix.gg and we will sort it out. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Authority in Guernsey.
Ticket buyers
If you buy a ticket through a store we run for a club, venue or organiser, that organisation is the controller of your booking data and their own privacy notice applies. We process it on their behalf to issue, scan and manage your tickets.
